The tours operate from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (last booking is at 6:30 pm). Seats are on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited - A Skytrain for passengers commuting between the two terminals. This free service runs from 6am to 1am and takes less than 2 minutes. - Nurseries with private feeding rooms - Smoking rooms with separate ventilation systems in both terminals - Car hire and hotel reservation counters, hair salons, medical clinics and a 24-hour minimart - French-speaking and Japanese-speaking customer service officers at the information counters - 9 airlines currently operate from Terminal 2. They are Air France, Air New Zealand, Ansett Australia, Lufthansa, Malaysian Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Royal Brunei Airlines, SilkAir and Singapore Airlines. All other carriers operate from Terminal 1. - Baggage Storage: Both terminals provide baggage storage services at their departure and arrival halls. This traffic is handled by the two terminals found at the airport.
Check-in at Airport : Passenger is advised to check-in for your flight at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight departure time. Upon arrival at the airport, you can refer to the Flight Information Indicator Boards or television screens at the Departure Hall for your airline's check-in row. All checked-in baggage will be screened at the entrance to the check-in row. For Scandinavian Airlines passengers, you can also utilize the Self Check-in Kiosk for your flight check-in. Checking flight information : Changi Airport's Flight Information systems allow you to easily check on both passenger and freighter flights that arrive and depart from the airport over the Internet.
